Refund/Deferment Policy
Our event has a strict no-refund policy. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refund requests.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we empathize with any challenges you may be facing. However, we have committed resources and made preparations based on confirmed attendance, making it challenging for us to accommodate refund requests.
Note: Any active military unable to attend due to military duty may receive a full refund upon providing official documentation.

Severe Weather Policy
Weather forecasts for heavy rain, thunder, lightning, high winds, etc., are tracked before the race. If there is a possibility of threatening weather, information will be posted on the GABR website and social media pages to alert participants of possible course changes/cancellations.
On race day, if the weather is severe or forecasted to become severe during the duration of the event, the race start time can change, the race can be postponed or the event can be canceled. No Refunds will be given if the event is canceled due to severe weather.
